I wouldn’t be surprised if we see some of kolo in DM position next season. I would prefer to only loose Senderos, even keeping silvestre I know he ain’t much of a player but the squad seem to like him, as he has exactly what every Arsenal fans have been crying out for for the last 4 seasons, bags of experience.
Experience has an off the pitch effect also.

With all this taken into consideration I think we could loose one more defender and sign one more, hopefully Naldo he looks amazing at 6ft 6″!

Gooner, it doesn’t matter what Gallas threatens. If he doesn’t get sold this year he will go for free next year. This is our last oppurtunity to sell him. Next year he would only be offered a 1 yr extension as he would be over 30 and so he would go for free the year after instead and so on. If he isn’t sold now he will always be less than 1 year away from the end of his contract.

If we sell Silvestre and Senderos will would need another defender. Vermaelen, Gallas , Toure, Dourjru (I can never spell his name) + 1.

I have heard that Gallas is threatening to leave for free next year if he is not sold in this transfer window…again probably a load of rubbish!! If that is true then we would definately need another defender.

I think AW is going to buy 1-2 more players (we know he wont buy more than 3…ever going by his comment above) my guess would be a CB/RB and DM/CM.
