It was only just a few months ago he was saying he wants to end his career at Arsenal. It’s the silly season at the moment, so I wouldn’t believe the media, they are full of crap and they conveniently seem to have us down as easy targets, unfortunately.

I don’t agree that Walcott shouldn’t be playing upfront Mahedi. But I do think he should not be playing upfront alone, seeing as he’s not yet played upfront enough times to be used to that position to have to bear the responsibility of leading the line alone, especially against a well-organised defence like Germany’s.
