Happy Valentines Day…

“Nasri is meant to have a bright future with Arsenal. He is the kind of player that can score, dribble and there is more to come from him, even if I think that he has settled pretty well. Creative players are essential in our style of football. People tend to forget that Pires arrived at the age of 27, and Samir was 21. Yes, he reminds me of him, but he can also play in a more central position. We want to keep the ball on the ground and pass the ball quickly, as a consequence, we need players capable of making it because right now we face teams that keep with 10 men behind the ball.” And with Nasri, Walcott, Arshavin, Eduardo all availble very soon and eventually Cesc and Rosicky, we’ll hopefully see a return of the more expansive and beautiful football. Okay, time is of the essence, have a great day – come on Derby for tomorrow and I’ll hopefully have more time to talk tomorrow…]]>

I have been pretty impressed with Nasri since he arrived, especially in the Man United game, however I think he needs to be a little more daring when going forward, I reckon it would pay off. I can’t wait to see Arshavin in action and as you said with all these players coming back we’ll be playing beautiful football.

Altho we would need to be very stable at the back, a Cesc & Nasri pairing at CM would be ace…then u have Arshavin, Rosicky and Theo to pick from on the wings…fantasy stuff really. But Nasri has been doing well thus far. I think he can only get better to be honest…so i expect big things from the young frenchman.
