“Dynamo Kyiv made a good impression in that first game when we played over there. It was a game in which they defended every part of the pitch in a very determined way. They played on the counterattack with Ismael Bangoura and Olexandr Aliyev, a playmaker who is a very good passer of the ball, while physically they look very strong too.
“They confirmed that performance with their away results but they lost at home to Porto. I feel if they had won that game they would be nearly qualified already.”
“Even if at the moment we are frustrated it is not all doom and gloom. We have strong belief in our ability and we have a good opportunity to show that we care about the club and we believe in our strengths.”
Our injury list seems to get longer and longer and tonight, Diaby and Nasri are added to the pile. Which leaves us thread bare. Adebayor is not available either and I really hope Vela starts, so I am going to purposely omit Bendtner from my proposed team line up.
Please read this Arsene!
The likely line up could be:
| Almunia Goalkeeper |
|||
| Djourou Right Back |
Gallas Centre Back |
Silvestre Centre Back |
Clichy Left Back |
| Denilson Right Wing |
Song Midfielder |
Diaby Midfielder |
Ramsey Left Wing |
| Vela Striker |
Van Persie Support Striker |
||
There are rumours that Merida may start the game, but I’ve not seen too much of this today.
The bench looks likely to be Fabianski, Hoyte, Gibbs, Merida, Wilshere, Simpson and Bendtner.
Good luck boys.
Let the new era begin…]]>
