Match Preview: Arsenal vs Everton

Arsenal v Everton Barclays Premier League, Emirates Stadium Saturday, October 18, 2008, 15:00 The kick off is at 3pm today and it will be a full house no doubt. I’m not at the game today, but I should be able to watch it somehow, somewhere. It’s only the second game I’ve not been there for this season, having missed the Newcastle game early this year. With the injuries we have at the moment, and resting Theo, we may see Eboue out on the right wing and Silvestre deployed at right back. The line up could be:

Almunia Goalkeeper
Silvestre Right Back Toure Centre Back Song Centre Back Clichy Left Back
Eboue Right Wing Denilson Midfielder Cesc Midfielder Nasri Left Wing
Adebayor Striker Van Persie Support Striker
With Fabianski, Diaby, Vela, Walcott, Ramsey, Hoyte and Gibbs on the bench. I think Arsene’s most probably going to try and play Silvestre as he’s fit and raring to go… and based on yesterday’s press conference, I’m convinced he will rest Theo. Silvestre could start in the middle with Song, with Toure out on the right… We will see later what the boss has in mind… Come on you reds!!!]]>

< ![CDATA[Come on you Arsenal...!!! It's 1-0 to Everton at half time and we've not really gelled. Toure injured, Ade really poor --> Vela and Walcott on and Eboue to right back? P.S. Your prediction was nearly right, Silvestre in the middle and Song at right back (where he doesn't look great!)... Come on you gunners, we need a second half master class...!]]>
