Theo Walcott nets three as England win 4 – 1…

“I’m not going to get ahead of myself, I’ll take every game as it comes. Obviously when I get home I’ll watch it over and over again, but tomorrow it will all be gone. I’m just looking forward to the Premiership now.” How humble? His performances of late have been good and the player has deserved a goal or two.

“It was a relief. I tend to do a lot of hard work and not get that goal I deserve. But the whole team were fantastic.”
And on how England will fair in the future and whether they can go own to grow from this…
“Hopefully we can. We will take our positives, and negatives, out of these games. We’re not going to get ahead of ourselves and I’m sure if we do that we’ll be fine. We just have to put teams on the back foot, if we play like that at home I’m sure that will be brilliant.”
A grand performance from Theo, I’ll be back tomorrow… Til then…]]>

< ![CDATA[Its great reading 606 and all the naysayers who were backing Owen/Beckham etc over Walcott - they all think he's the best thing since sliced bread. Although there are obviously a few Spurz fans insisting David I'm Bigger Than The World Bentley his the rightful king of the flank.]]>
